PRESENTATION
The surf school:
The surf school has some of the best surf instructors in South Africa. Head coach Etienne Venter has been the selector of the national South African springbok surf team for many years. Beginner lessons are run at Main Beach, a very safe, gentle beach break and intermediate lessons take place at Kitchen Windows, a gentle reef break with easylefts and rights. More experienced surfers will be taken to classic spots as Supertubes, Magnatubes and Point.
Depending on your level of surfing, the surf instructors will guide you and help you to improve your surfing skills. We guarantee that after one week of surf school the complete beginner will be able to surf and the experienced surfer will have improved greatly.
The following is included for students attending the surf school:
All transfers from and to Port Elizabeth airport Accommodation – standard or upgraded 2h surf school on every day of your stay All surf equipment needed Breakfast and dinner on everyday of your stay One guided visit to a safari game drive A visit to a local Jeffreys Bay board shaper Internet access.
Surfari
Surfari is a great option for more experienced surfers. Every day there is a different swell, a different wind etc. This doesn't matter if you book a Surfari with us. Every day you will be accompanied by a professional local surf guide, who will show you the famous waves from the movie Endless Summer, including legendary Bruce’s beauties, Seal point, Cape Saint Francis etc.
Your surf guide will tell you all about the spots, how to get in and out, the currents, type of wave, etc. You will also receive feedback on how to improve your surfing skills. As most Muslims go to Mecca, surfers should come to this area once in their life!!!
