PRESENTATION
East Java (capital Surabaya) is a province of Indonesia, on the East side of Java Island.
Its surrounded by central Java province (to the west), the Java's sea (to the north), the Bali's strait (to the east), and the Indian Ocean (to the south).
Population mainly speaking Javanese, but we can find other languages which are a mix of Javanese and Balinese, particulary in the Eastern part of the island.
Its mainly Muslim or Buddhist, but they pratice an other traditional religion like average Indonesian people.
Landscape and culture diversity offers enormous opportunities of discoveries.
Between volcanoes, jungle, cultural monuments and dream beaches, discover Javanese Surf, famous for its perfection, with the G-Land's wave internationally-known.
You can surf all year round, but the best time is between May and November, when the swell is more consistent.
