We offer qualified training for rookies with our surf school in Bali.

Our special recipe is “first the basics, then move on to learning by doing” – a sure way to get hooked on surfing.

The package consists of three days at the surfing school in Bali where you’ll learn the basics, such as paddling, turning your board and techniques to get you onto your feet. After and in parallel to the surf school classes you can take part in our guided tours for beginners and practice with our surf guides.

Joining the surf school in Bali is the ideal way to prepare for our guided surf sessions.

Surf and yoga in Bali with Kima Surf

Experienced yogis know that yoga gives you a better balance – physically and psychologically. Surf and yoga in Bali is truly something else.

During your stay you can book a private session with our experienced local yoga teacher. Sunrise yoga in Bali on the beach or breathing exercises in the jungle – choose whatever you like and whatever suits your schedule.

Our private yoga classes (90 minutes) take place either at the surf camp, on the beach or at a yoga centre nearby and is organized on site. Note:

Individual surf lessons in Bali

At Padang Kima surf camp Bali you have the opportunity to surf the homebreaks Padang Padang and Bingin close to the camp with an experienced surf guide. Alternatively, you also get to drive to the many world-famous spots of the Balinese southern peninsula Bukit, or enjoy your surf lessons in Bali.

Learn to surf in Bali – the ideal option for complete surf beginners. Qualified surf trainers with decades of experience at the Bali surfing school make it easy to find your feet on the board.

A 2-hour beginners’ surf course as a group class takes place twice a day.

Improve your surf skills with our private surf coaching

Kima surf camps offer private surf coaching in Bali for every surfing level.

During a two-hour intensive session with an experienced guide you can improve your surf style and learn some new tricks. Individually tailored to your preferences and level, you can set off alone or with your friends and hit all the surf spots Bali has to offer. Our experienced guides will make sure that you are always surfing the best surf spots according to your surfing level, wind and tides. They will be with you in the water to give you general tips and advise you on wave selection and manoeuvring.

Add-on: You want to have some cool pictures or videos of you surfing? Book a private photographer and / or videographer to have your waves captured forever. Get your own customized surfboard

Our experienced shapers manufacture customized surfboards exclusively for our surf camp participants. Your board can be ordered according to your individual wishes (size, weight, surf level, dimensions required) in various colours and designs.

All boards are available with an ESS board bag on request. If you have your own special wishes as to the design, let us know in advance. Receive further special Kima discounts on fins, leashes and foot pads.
