It's the Western side of the Island during Nov - Mar. The Eastern side in the other season.
SURFSPOTS
As you can see on the map you'll find spots only in the south of the country. During the past ten years Sri Lanka become a great place for surfers, it offers truly mystical surf destination.
Local people are special there and relaxed towards surfers.
